About Us

A Taste of the Southern Flinders In Every Christmas Pudding!

A Small Southern Flinders Farm Producing The Taste of Christmas To Families Around Australia!

We think our label says it all. Food that is grown at home, made at home and that is always better for having been shared amongst family and friends. We are hands-on in every stage of production. Where possible, we grow the ingredients, then harvest them at peak of freshness, ready to be preserved and packaged by hand.

Exceptional detail permeates every aspect of our products; food that follows traditions, as families share a meal or festive occasion.

Life is connected through moments. Memories are made.

And this is the food that will create memories to last long after the dishes have been done.

After 5 years of living our passion for travelling and working our way around this vast country of ours, we had had enough of chasing the dream and returned home to family and the familiar horizons of South Australia. The Southern Flinders Ranges near the picturesque town of Laura is where we now, seemingly without a care, work through the afternoon shadows tending our gardens.

Where others only saw a dilapidated house and paddocks with rocks and stones, we saw the promise of a lifestyle and a return to nature. We saw escape from utility bills, and collecting our own rainwater is always preferable to a water bill.

Signs of renewed life and optimism are abundant; shade trees pruned, orchards revitalised, and new and extensive vegetable gardens planted. Our lives here are happy and full. Everything we need is plentiful. We make our meals, and all that accompanies them: sauces, jams, bread, butter, preserves, cakes, puddings, and yes, even our ice cream! We move with the seasons; lambing, harvest, fruit and berry seasons, and those long, endless summers.

Now the time has come to start sharing this wonderful lifestyle with others and to see where this next adventure takes us.
