Hand made -unashamedly perfectly imperfect - Puddings proudly made in the Southern Flinders Ranges from locally sourced ingredients in South Australia. Supporting the business that supports our business!
Our luxury Christmas puddings are made entirely by hand using time-honoured techniques from a recipe handed down through generations. Where possible, the fruit has been grown and dehydrated here on the farm, and even the breadcrumbs are produced by hand from homemade bread. The puddings are then boiled for up to 6 hours before being individually packaged by hand.

Our Vintage Puddings are dark, rich, fruity and delicious. Left to mature for an extra year, they continue to receive their weekly dose of SA-distilled Rum. The flavours continue to develop with time. Slow food takes time. This extra attention makes this decadent treat truly scrumptious and the perfect climax to your Christmas feast.

Our Puddings do not contain any nuts or mixed peel, and we also make a gluten-free, vegan option that contains no dairy products, nuts or eggs. There is no need for anyone to miss out.
Please know that our gluten-free puddings are made in the same kitchen as our regular ones, so while every effort is made to keep ingredients separate, we cannot guarantee any traces of gluten in our products. Nuts and eggs are also regular in our kitchen so traces may be present anytime.
